To generate, manage and maintain Walman Optical customer business relationships as they relate to the sales of both Plano and prescription eyewear specifically designed and manufactured to ANSI Z87.1 Standards. Covers all sales functions in the defined territory, including new business development, forecasting, soliciting and securing orders, customer service, and preparing periodic reports.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

Generate and manage Walman Optical industrial eyewear customer accounts across private sector, public sector and ophthalmic distribution channels.

Collect, understand and employ business and industry information to improve service to customers.

Assist end‑users in ordering industrial safety eyewear through onsite visits.

Communicate call plans, results and business issues to branch, sales support and corporate management.

Assist in the planning of State and Local conventions/trade shows.

Follow the Walman Optical 4DX and Sales process.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

5+ years’ experience in the optical industry or relevant education/experience.

Comprehensive understanding of ANSI Z87.1 standards for industrial safety eyewear.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills, self‑motivated, self‑starter, sense of urgency, personable, well‑organized.

Regular travel willingness, including weekends.

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce.
