We are seeking an independent, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Representative. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identify their needs, present solutions, and collaborate with project managers, estimators, and teammates to provide outstanding customer service. Relocation is a possibility; willingness to move is ideal but not required. Company

Prospect and generate new leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Maintain, update, and record new customer data. Identify customer needs, evaluate project specifications, and provide suitable product recommendations. Prepare and present quotes and finalize contract agreements with clients. Collaborate with sales and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, contractors, and engineers. Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project transition and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, product knowledge, and competitor activities. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (preferred, not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers. Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to sales and achieving targets. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to understand construction drawings and concepts and relay them in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events, if needed. Passion for the construction industry and a desire to learn and grow within the company. Salary & Location

Smyrna, GA – $50,000.00–$125,000.00 per year.
