The Data Entry Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring our operational accuracy and throughput. This position is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining high-volume data across multiple systems with precision and consistency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-driven, and capable of managing fast-paced workloads while meeting daily production goals.
Responsibilities
• Enter required data accurately into CDK, IBIZI, and additional internal tools.
• Perform a high volume of data entry tasks with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Ensure all data is processed, reviewed, and updated in accordance with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic data or system issues and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold data integrity standards at all times.
• Support daily workflow expectations to meet production benchmarks and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify missing information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Reliable, hard-working, and committed to consistent performance.
• Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with CDK or similar DMS platforms is a plus.
