Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs)
to join our exceptional care team. We currently have
immediate openings across Westchester County(Sleepy Hollow, Armonk, Chappaqua, Briarcliff Manor and more...) , with
flexible day shifts (6-12 hours)
designed to accommodate your schedule and lifestyle.
Position Summary As a
Per Diem HHA , you will provide high-quality, compassionate in-home care that promotes the health, safety, and independence of each client. You will work closely with families and the Affirmed clinical team to ensure each client receives the highest standard of personalized support. Primary Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities Provide medication reminders as directed Prepare light meals and assist with household tasks Offer companionship and emotional support

Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of HHA experience Valid NY HHA certification Eligibility to work in the U.S. Physical exam within 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON test within 12 months , or chest X-ray within 5 years MMR immunization within 10 years Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
(required for Westchester cases)
