Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

to join our healthcare team in Beaumont, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional patient care. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of nuclear medicine procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols. Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals while adhering to all radiation safety standards. Operate gamma cameras, PET/CT systems, and related imaging equipment. Evaluate imaging results for quality, clarity, and diagnostic accuracy. Maintain detailed patient records, imaging logs, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Educate and prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns. Ensure strict adherence to ALARA principles and all federal, state, and departmental safety regulations. Assist with equipment quality control, calibrations, and routine maintenance. Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff. Participate in continuing education and stay current with industry best practices. Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field. Current certification by

NMTCB

(CNMT) or

ARRT (N) . Current Texas Medical Board (TMB) licensure or eligibility. BLS certification (ACLS preferred depending on facility). Strong understanding of radiation physics, radiopharmaceutical handling, and imaging technology. Excellent communication, patient-care, and critical-thinking skills. Work Schedule:

Full-time; M-F day shift

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift or assist patients as needed. Manual dexterity to operate imaging and computer equipment. Benefits:
