Real Estate Agent (Contract Hybrid)
This is a contract hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in West Palm Beach, FL. The position involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by providing market expertise and personalized customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, preparing property listings, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about changing market trends. While in-person presence will be required for certain tasks, there is flexibility to perform administrative and client communication duties from home.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and extensive understanding of industry regulations
Solid experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Proven skills in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals
Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience with West Palm Beach real estate market is preferred but not required
