We are seeking a
Behavior Consultant
to join our team in
Butler, PA .
Earn $32/hour
unlicensed
or $35/hour
licensed
(LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, LBS, or BCBA).
Responsibilities
Collaborate with treatment team members to design and direct the implementation of individualized behavior modification intervention plans for children or adolescents and their families.
Identify behavioral goals and appropriate intervention techniques, recommending non‑aversion behavioral change methods.
Serve as a consultant to the Mobile Therapist and participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions.
Provide assessment, program design, and monitoring—primarily in a consultative capacity rather than direct therapy.
Participate as a consultant in special child‑centered, family‑focused meetings with school or other systems when behavioral challenges impact educational or community settings.
