Pennymac Home Loan Specialist II

Responsibilities
Perform complex data and document validation
Troubleshoot third‑party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions
Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
