$17.84 - $22.54 per hour, based on assigned program and shift.
Shifts:
Full-time & Part-time, including afternoon/evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

We are currently seeking Direct Care Associates to join our compassionate and skilled team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in various programs, including developmental disability residential and day programs, intermediate care facilities (ICF), adult mental health residential, and residential substance use programs for non-pregnant women, pregnant, and recently post-partum women and their infants.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily living activities
Implement individualized care plans
Offer emotional and behavioral support to help individuals lead independent and fulfilling lives
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of one year of direct care experience working with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders
Valid Virginia driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, reliability
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
