Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our innovative Construction team. This full‑time position is based in Superior, WI and requires occasional travel within the regional area.
Responsibilities
Analyze malfunctions and determine needed repairs.
Repair, maintain and perform preventative upkeep on asphalt and aggregate equipment.
Ensure compliance with company safety programs and policies.
Train and mentor less experienced employees.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
Experience in all phases of heavy construction equipment repair.
Physically fit to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations.
Able to communicate effectively, listen, and take direction.
Team player with willingness to help train others.
