Location:
On‑Site in Dania Beach, FL
This Role As an ED Billing Manager at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to identify solutions that directly improve the healthcare industry. You’ll contribute to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and bring your expertise to oversee the ED Billing staff.
The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and medical billing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure appropriate training for new hires
Develop new processes as systems and job duties evolve
Update staff on new client information
Manage staff workload and productivity
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the duties.
Required
Prior management experience
Experience leading a team of 20 or more employees
Proficiency with MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Medical billing experience

The Pay Range For This Role Is USD 75,200 – 90,000 per year (US)
