We’re looking for a wacky, vibrant consultant with an appetite to make things happen. As a HubSpot Consultant, you will be responsible for building and implementing revenue operations to support holistic go-to-market strategies and process automation.

You need to be able to consult and implement projects with clients on an end-to-end basis. Your full ownership will be rewarded with a profit share from the clients you manage.

The difference you will bring: The goal of this role is to help clients plan, build, and optimize HubSpot portals in a way that leads to long-term customer relationships. To get this done, you have to be familiar with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS (starting with one specialty and expanding is also okay).

What it takes to get this role:

Polish language skills would be an advantage (priority currently)

2+ years in Sales Operations or Marketing Operations

2+ years of hands‑on HubSpot experience

Experience in Professional Services will be an advantage

Experienced in working in a fast‑paced environment

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication & presentation skills

High consulting skills to acquire requirements from a client

Responsibilities:

Onboarding new clients into the HubSpot Portals

Solution design from a data, process, and integration perspective

Implementing HubSpot features, automation, and ensuring high adoption

Keeping up to date with the latest technology and product changes of HubSpot

Regularly attend HubSpot trainings, obtain all relevant certifications

Developing a quarter roadmap with a client and ensuring a high retention rate

Key performance indicators:

Number of clients and hours billed per month (bonus profit share model)

Client satisfaction and NPS score

Retention rate and renewal rate from your managed clients
