Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms. Perfect for those who aim to:

Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS, on-site)

Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from briefing and targeting to testing, QA, and reporting

Collaborate closely with Design, Copy, Product, and BI teams to ensure consistent messaging and data accuracy

Define customer segmentation strategies and identify opportunities for automation and personalization

Track and report performance KPIs (conversion, retention, churn prevention), providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Support the development of new lifecycle journeys and ensure alignment with brand and market goals, along with strategy implementation

Act as a key contact between local markets and regional CRM functions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global strategy

Experience you’ll need to bring:

2–4 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management

Proven experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Smartico, Optimove, Braze, or similar)

Hands‑on experience with campaign setup, A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Spanish native preferred or Spanish Upper-Intermediate (for LATAM market)

Desirable HTML knowledge
