Responsibilities
Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during the daily check‑in process and throughout their appointments.
Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
Effectively onboard new patients, reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
Support Physical Therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.
Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

Qualifications Required
High School diploma
Must be 18+ years
Healthcare and/or customer service experience
Preferred
Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
Certified Personal Trainer experience.
Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
