Responsibilities

Operate sandblasting and metal blasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces.

Inspect surfaces before after blasting to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

Maintain and troubleshoot blasting equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Document work performed and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sandblasting or metal blasting.

Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a blasting environment.

Knowledge of surface finishing processes.

Experience with various blasting materials and techniques.

Proficiency in operating sandblasting equipment and a strong understanding of surface preparation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in sandblasting or surface preparation.
