Responsibilities
Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for both children
Engage the toddler in stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities
Support newborn care (feeding, diapering, soothing, maintaining routines)
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Assist with light household tasks related to the children
Communicate clearly with parents regarding schedules, routines, and any concerns
