HVAC Mechanic (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Mechanic)
ATI has an immediate opening for a full‑time HVAC Mechanic at the Capital Beltway in Clinton, Maryland (Prince George’s County). The role begins Monday‑Friday, normal work hours.

Duties and Responsibilities
Diagnose causes of problems/failures in heating and air conditioning systems to determine repair or replacement needs.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
Repair HVAC systems and components (pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.).
Inspect HVAC systems and components for condition assessment and recommend repairs.
Install heating and air conditioning equipment and systems.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, or government facilities.
EPA Universal Refrigerant certification.
US citizenship required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clean background for Government clearance in a timely manner.
Certification at the Journeyman or Master level preferred.
Experience at a Government facility is a plus.
