Leasing Agent – Real Property Management Express
We are excited to share that RPM Express has just entered the Des Moines market, and with that comes a unique opportunity to grow alongside us. We will be managing 418 E Grand and Rowat Lofts and are looking for a Leasing Agent to help us build these properties into vibrant communities.

Your Responsibilities
Nurture Leads – Reach out to leads for showings and follow up. Goal: signed lease and repeat residency.
Conduct Showings – Tour leads through properties and help them envision living there.
Get Applications & Leases – Guide applicant through process to signed lease.
Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – Gather feedback on rent, features, amenities; share insights to influence pricing.
Service with A Smile – First point of contact, answer questions, ensure positive first impressions.
To Be Successful in this Role

Patient and thorough in educating potential residents.
Diligent about follow‑up and documenting details in the CRM.
