Lead Field Supervisor
to oversee day-to-day field operations within their Controls and HVAC division. Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead field technicians performing HVAC and controls installation, maintenance, and service
Coordinate manpower and crew scheduling with project management
Balance work between subcontractors and internal teams for maximum efficiency
Verify installation layouts and field activities align with project scope and technical requirements
Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and direction for installation-related challenges
Participate in performance reviews and mentor field personnel
Review control drawings, schematics, and project plans for accuracy and compliance
Implement continuous improvement methods to enhance field operations
Maintain strong attention to safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate:
Proven background as a Lead Field Supervisor or similar team leadership role
Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, control systems, and troubleshooting practices
Skilled in reading and interpreting control drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Committed to coaching, training, and developing field technicians
