Key Responsibilities Utilize radiographic and CT methods to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician assessment Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnoses Position patients accurately and fine-tune equipment for optimum imaging results Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff Maintain meticulous records, including imaging logs and equipment upkeep Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging experience Promote a secure, organized, and effective imaging space Educational Background
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous Graduated from an accredited radiology education program Certifications Required
ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) Current BLS certification or ability to acquire within 90 days of hire Essential Skills
Expertise in diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards Exceptional communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond swiftly to changing demands Detail-oriented and possess a high degree of accountability Proficiency with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software What Awaits You
