Your Role Will Involve Utilizing both radiographic and CT technology for high-quality diagnostic imaging Collaborating closely with radiologists and the broader healthcare team to achieve precise diagnostics Expertly positioning patients and calibrating equipment to enhance imaging quality Upholding essential radiation safety practices for patients and staff Maintaining meticulous records, including imaging documentation and equipment upkeep Delivering compassionate support and reassurance to patients throughout their imaging journey Contributing to a safe, organized, and efficient radiology suite Educational Credentials
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential, with a Bachelor's Degree seen as an advantage Successful completion of an accredited radiology program Necessary Certifications
ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is mandatory Current BLS certification or ability to secure certification within 90 days of hiring Essential Skills
Expertise in imaging protocols and safety standards Strong communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary team members Adept at working in a fast-paced setting with a readiness to adapt Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Comfort with technology, including PACS, RIS, and advanced imaging software The Rewards of This Position
