Imaging Technologist

This role puts you at the center of patient care, showcasing your skills in diagnostic imaging as you provide the essential images that guide treatment decisions. Beyond just technical expertise, you will be crafting a supportive and calming atmosphere for patients during their most vulnerable moments. Your Responsibilities Implement radiographic and CT techniques to procure precise diagnostic images for medical evaluation Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate patient diagnoses Ensure optimal patient positioning and equipment calibration for the best imaging results Adhere to radiation safety protocols for the protection of patients and colleagues Maintain detailed records including imaging logs and routine equipment checks Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout the imaging process Help create a safe, organized, and efficient imaging setting Qualifications You'll Need
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous Must have graduated from an accredited radiology program Essential Certifications
ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography) Active BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment Skills That Stand Out
