Mechanical Engineer $110-120K base Onsite Canfield Ohio Immediate Hire As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be working with our team of engineers to provide engineering design and technical support. Responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to the following: -Work within project schedules and deadlines. -Review and be familiar with approved design criteria and codes. -Review scope of project to clearly define what our deliverables will be. -Create and review calculations specific for the design. -Prepare reports outlining design criteria or analysis of equipment. -Ability to interact and talk with clients to review projects status or deliverables. -Travel to client’s site to attend meetings or gather additional information for theproject. Education, Experience and Skills A successful candidate will possess the following: -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Licensure is not required.-Be able to read and interpret drawings for review and reference.-3 to 5 years prior experience utilizing mechanical engineering principles.-Proficient in AutoCad and Solidworks. Familiarity and ability to work with FEA modeling software-Having prior experience working within Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Facilities Physical Requirements In this role, the following physicals aspects will be needed: -Standing or sitting in a stationary position for extended periods of time. -Walking around an industrial manufacturing facility. The ability to climb stairs, walkon platforms, or ride in an elevator. -Car or air travel to client’s site may be necessary. -Possession of a valid driver license. Travel utilizing a company car or rental vehicle. -Working within various climates. Exposure to hot and cold environments. We offer a competitive compensation package.
