Responsibilities
Lead global tax provision, compliance, forecasting, and statutory reporting
Manage ASC 740 tax accounting across all subsidiaries
Maintain global tax calendars and ensure compliance protocols
Tax Compliance & Reporting: Oversee U.S. federal, state, and miscellaneous tax filings; Collaborate with international finance teams for non-U.S. compliance; Supervise external advisors and tax return preparers
Forecasting & Strategic Analysis: Lead income tax forecasting and variance analysis; Present global tax insights to senior stakeholders
Manage audits and litigation related to U.S. tax matters; Support global audit documentation and ensure accurate reporting
Technology & Budget Oversight: Develop tax tech strategy and manage vendor relationships; Oversee G&A budget and external consulting spend
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Treasury, and more; Lead and mentor the U.S. tax operations team
Qualifications
8+ years in public accounting or 10+ years in industry tax departments
Advanced tax degree and / or law qualification
CPA or JD (CPA preferred)
Strong ASC 740 expertise in a global / multinational environment
Familiarity with JDE, Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, OneSource Tax Provision
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Spanish language skills a plus
