Trial Attorney - Civil Litigation Defense
Leading law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with trial experience. This is an excellent opportunity to assume a key leadership role. Ideal candidate will have 12-30 years of litigation experience, with prior first and/or second chair trial experience preferred. This role can be based anywhere in Northern California with option to work fully remote or in our San Francisco office.
Desired Practice Areas:
Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation. Must be licensed to practice in California.
Qualifications
JD degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the State of California
Trial experience (first and/or second chair)
Excellent written and communication skills
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Take and defend depositions
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions
Manage a team
Base salary up to
290k + (DOE). Fully Remote or Hybrid.
