Art Director Role Overview: We’re looking for a hands‑on, concept‑driven Art Director who will bring big ideas and a strong visual voice to life across multiple platforms — from digital campaigns and broadcasts to branding and print. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director and the broader creative team to develop breakthrough concepts that align with strategy, inspire audiences, and deliver results for our client partners. This is a role where you will be encouraged to actively learn, grow your craft, and contribute to the creative excellence of the agency. How You Will Contribute Motion graphics and 2D/3D animation direction (Animate, After‑Effects, Figma/Bannerify) Layout design and digital publishing (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, FIGMA) Storyboarding and visual development Brand design and visual systems Team leadership and creative review File prep and production for digital and print media Contribute to internal culture through creative input, collaboration, and passion for great work Stay current on trends in design, advertising, and technology Support Duties Attend internal status meetings and internal reviews Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches and creative presentations Work a minimum of three days in the office per week for the full working day Preferred Skills and Knowledge Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Keynote and Google platforms Experience leading creative for both digital and traditional media Experience collaborating across departments Background in agency or fast‑paced creative environments preferred Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design or related field Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design/art direction with agency experience Personal Attributes Live our values: Celebration Inspires Excellence – Honor is for Everyone – Integrity Always Wins – Love is Our Only Rule – Disruption is a Good Thing Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Willingness and eagerness to learn, adopt new technologies and solutions, and take on new opportunities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with teammates You will be both creative and analytical – above all, you will be open to new ideas and not afraid to learn and challenge the norm You will have a passion for what you do Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
