Our well-known entertainment media client is seeking a Media Coordinator to join their team! This role supports Owned & Operated (O&O) media planning and execution across linear and digital platforms for a diverse portfolio. The focus is on flawless campaign implementation with accuracy in broadcast logs, digital trafficking, and data‑driven audience targeting. Success requires precision, organization, and proactive collaboration across Marketing, Media Logistics, Digital Agencies, and Commercial Operations.

Duration: 3–4 months
Hours per week: 40 hours a week, occasional off‑hours may be required
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite a week) in New York, NY
Top 3 Required Qualifications
Broadcast Log Scheduling & Media Operations Experience: Demonstrated ability to execute promos across linear/digital platforms with strong time management, prioritization, and exceptional attention to detail.
Digital Trafficking & Platform Proficiency: Hands‑on experience managing placements and trafficking creatives (video/display) using Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, and Campaign Manager.
Data Analysis & Audience Targeting: Experience monitoring campaign performance and building custom audience targets using Nielsen and other 1st/3rd‑party analytics tools.
Other Qualifications
Strong numerical skills and a passion for data and performance metrics.
Genuine interest in media and cross‑platform promotional strategies.
Willingness to ask questions and seek clarity to ensure accuracy and alignment.
Familiarity with building custom audiences and how linear/digital complement each other.
Prior experience in TV network or media agency environments, especially with promotional scheduling.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and media systems; comfortable navigating multiple platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, or a related field (required).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation across O&O media inventory.
Execute daily/weekly promotional priorities with accurate log scheduling and timely delivery.
Set up campaigns in linear and digital scheduling systems aligned to strategic goals.
Traffic digital video/display creatives via Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, and Campaign Manager to ensure correct placement across inventory.
Monitor campaign performance; conduct data analysis for both linear and digital efforts; produce ad hoc reports.
Build custom audience targets using Nielsen and proprietary 1st/3rd‑party analytics.
Resolve promo discrepancy reports from the Broadcast Center, including during off‑hours as part of an on‑call rotation.
Collaborate with Marketing, Media Logistics, Digital Agencies, and Commercial Operations to uphold network strategies and troubleshoot technical issues.
Support additional duties as assigned to enable flawless execution of media plans.
