Public Relations Associate Department: Unilux Brand Employment Type: Full Time Location: Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $21.00 - $31.00 / hour Description Unilux Brand We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our team and help us enhance our public image and build meaningful relationships with our stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our public relations initiatives through media outreach, content creation, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns. Draft press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials to promote our initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media contacts. Coordinate media events, press conferences, and promotional activities to engage the public and media. Monitor news coverage and prepare regular reports on media trends and sentiment regarding the organization. Support crisis communication efforts by preparing statements and responses in collaboration with senior management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on storytelling and persuasive writing. Experience using social media platforms for brand promotion and audience engagement. Familiarity with media monitoring tools and public relations software.
