Overview We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support our Design and Marketing teams in producing high-quality visual materials. This role focuses on developing regional creative assets across digital platforms, including email, website, and social media. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a passion for design, and a desire to grow their skills while supporting senior designers and collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence.
This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
This position is on‑site in Sapulpa, OK.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Create, refine, and adapt visual materials across digital channels, including email campaigns, web assets, and social media graphics.
Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical precision from concept through final delivery.
Prepare production‑ready files and ensure all assets meet specifications for digital distribution.
Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing, and communications teams to support brand initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.
Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and help translate strategy into effective visual solutions.
Recommend thoughtful design alternatives that enhance project outcomes and improve workflow.
Stay up to date on design best practices, digital trends, and emerging aesthetic shifts to help maintain a fresh, modern brand identity.
Perform additional design or production tasks as needed.
Education &/or Experience Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four‑year college or university; and/or 3 years of professional design experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
Qualifications Required For Position Knowledge of the Direct Selling industry a plus.
Interest or experience in beauty industry including trends and cosmetic use/application techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma.
Solid understanding of core design principles (typography, color, layout, hierarchy) and familiarity with both digital and print production.
Interest in and awareness of the beauty industry and consumer‑facing aesthetics.
Familiarity with UX/UI and mobile‑first design principles is a plus.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Excellent time‑management abilities and comfort managing multiple projects concurrently.
Proactive problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
Knowledge of current design, digital marketing, and social media trends.
Consistent and regular attendance is expected.
Physical Demands Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting and sustained use of a computer workstation, including keyboard, mouse, and design software. Requires manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination sufficient for detailed visual and digital design work. May involve occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and light lifting of materials or equipment up to 15 pounds. Vision, hearing, and speech sufficient to perform essential job functions are required.
This role requires the ability to maintain concentration and visual focus for extended periods, manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a structured office environment.
Working Conditions The working environment is primarily indoors in a professional office setting with standard office equipment. The role may occasionally support on‑site meetings, photoshoots, or company events, which could require limited movement or brief schedule flexibility. Standard business hours apply, with occasional extended hours to support project deadlines or company initiatives.
The position is not performed in a call center or customer‑facing service environment and does not require continuous telephone use or high‑volume customer interaction.
