The U.S. Consumer Cards organization delivers a wide array of credit card services to individual consumers, small businesses, and for our co-branded and retail partners. Our core offerings are focused on credit cards, providing a comprehensive suite of products designed to meet various client payment and lending needs.

Media is a critical area of focus and growth for Citi U.S. Consumer Cards. The U.S. Consumer Cards Media team is comprised of product and channel marketers who are responsible for driving growth while transforming our digital marketing capabilities to shift the quality and mix of digitally sourced accounts. This includes profitably acquiring new accounts, managing key acquisitions channels, bringing new and refreshed products to market, partnering on through-the-line campaigns, testing new tactics, and driving marketing innovation.
We are seeking a detail-oriented SEM Analyst to join our Paid Search Activation team. This role will support the operational delivery of campaigns across our paid search program. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the world of digital advertising at scale, learning from senior execution and strategy leaders while gaining hands-on SEM/paid search experience working in SA360, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with keyword builds, ad copy trafficking, and campaign tagging within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Perform quality checks on campaign builds to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track daily pacing and spend across accounts; flag discrepancies for resolution.
- Generate and maintain campaign setup trackers, budget pacing reports, and QA documentation.
- Support Managers and Senior Associate with delivery tasks, cross-team handoffs, and campaign launch readiness.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen technical platform skills and compliance knowledge.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising (agency roles preferred).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with digital ad platforms a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on keyboard agency experience a plus.
- Prior experience working in highly-regulated industries preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
