Outside Sales Representative , your responsibilities will include: Understanding Orkin's products and services to sell effectively across various industries. Making strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and maintain quality and safety standards. Resolving issues and building trusted relationships with customers as a key partner in protecting their businesses. Demonstrating active listening skills to understand customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions. You Will: Prioritize

problem solver, utilizing in-depth training to recommend tailored and innovative solutions. Aim to meet sales goals by prospecting new business and following up on assigned leads. Utilize marketing tools to promote business growth. Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties—training provided! Make tailored recommendations based on inspections and address customer inquiries to ensure peace of mind with their pest management solutions. Use the provided iPad to create sales agreements and stay organized—training will be offered! High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license required Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license/certification (company paid) Capability to work independently in various environments and engage with customers at their businesses and homes Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Candidates must meet the physical requirements of the job and safely perform the necessary duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder based on manufacturer's weight capacity. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary. Be willing to work in various weather conditions.
