$150,000 – $200,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex business tax returns across multiple entity types
Perform initial and final reviews of tax engagements to ensure accuracy and compliance
Lead and support year‑end and ongoing tax planning initiatives
Conduct advanced tax research and provide technical guidance on complex matters
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and actively foster long‑term client relationships
Support overall client service delivery and collaborate across service lines as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA license required
5–10+ years of public accounting experience in tax
Experience serving clients in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, construction, commercial enterprises, or real estate preferred
Strong technical tax knowledge with the ability to apply concepts to varied client situations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated commitment to firm values and professional integrity
Positive, team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
