$15/hr . Shift Differentials:

Earn an extra $1.50 per hour for evening shifts (6 PM-6 AM weekdays) and $1.00 extra per hour for weekend shifts (6 AM-6 PM). Paid Training & Overtime:

Comprehensive benefits package and a positive work atmosphere that prioritizes your success. What You'll Do: Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced setting. Access cardholder accounts to provide information regarding payments and benefits from state or federal agencies. Assist cardholders with inquiries about transactions and account statuses. Listen attentively to understand customer needs while providing accurate information. Process transactions efficiently through web-based applications and handle research requests thoroughly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technologies. Communicate warmly and empathetically while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations. Support team efforts during peak periods or staff absences to ensure seamless service delivery. What We're Looking For: A strong communicator with the ability to clarify complex information. A committed professional with a solid work ethic and effective problem-solving skills. A customer service enthusiast who proficiently navigates multiple screens and applications to guide customers to optimal solutions. A reliable individual ready to commit to 100% attendance during a three-to-five-week paid training period. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch roles. Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
