How you'll make an impact

Lead Consultant Managing RFP’s in the 500 – 2,000 Segment.

Supporting Regional Lead Consultant in the NE with RFP’s between 2,000 and 100,000 lives

Supporting new Logo Opportunities between 500 – 100,000 lives, along with the Regional Lead consultant in the NE

Implementation Support between 500 and 2,000 lives, on accounts where you are the lead consultant in the NE region.

Managing a team of Account Managers on the A & P team. Helping the team drive consistency and best practices across the A & P team.

Driving NEW REVENUE in the assigned book of business in the NE region.

Travel to Assigned offices in the NE to build relationships with the H & B producers – ( Boston, NJ, NY, Philly, DC ). Travel Less than 15% of the time.

Partner with A & P team across the organization to build a strong team.

Help recruit new Talent to the A & P team.

About You Required: Bachelor's degree. Five plus years of experience in:

Absence & Productivity client-facing consulting

Account management experience including new client implementation

Team management experience

Sales

Behaviors: Act independently with minimal direction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
