We are looking for a Travel Experience Designer to support clients throughout the planning and booking of their vacations. In this role, you will craft personalized itineraries, recommend experiences, manage bookings, and ensure each client enjoys a seamless, stress-free, and memorable travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner. Assist clients with designing customized travel experiences, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodations. Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, attractions, travel requirements, and agency procedures. Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process. Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback. Resolve concerns with empathy, creativity, and effective problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience; travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Creativity and a passion for designing unique travel experiences. Ability to learn new systems and booking tools quickly. A positive, client-focused attitude and genuine interest in helping travelers create unforgettable trips.
