Associate Communications Manager , you'll be
leading the day-to-day operations of the Sephora Newsroom and serving as a key storyteller for our corporate employee audience . The work you do will impact beauty, as you
inform, inspire, and connect employees to Sephora's business and culture through compelling internal communications . You'll

Own the Sephora Newsroom end-to-end, including editorial planning, writing, editing, and managing content distributed to corporate employees. Lead integrated internal communication campaigns that build awareness of key initiatives and strengthen employee engagement across the organization. Bring a fresh, creative lens to storytelling, championing innovative ways to use digital channels, multimedia, and visual design to elevate internal narratives. Manage and enhance intranet content (LumApps), including publishing, organizing, and optimizing pages, documents, videos, and other media. Draft, edit, and publish content for our weekly all-employee newsletter, ensuring stories are timely, relevant, and aligned to editorial standards. Partner closely with internal branding and video teams to concept and develop graphics, visuals, and video content that support impactful storytelling. Consult with business partners across the organization to pitch and source stories, advise on communication strategies, and support ad-hoc announcements or campaigns. What You’ll Bring
3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and craft engaging narratives (portfolio preferred). A strategic mindset with demonstrated creativity in shaping employee experience and internal engagement. Experience managing intranet platforms (LumApps preferred) and familiarity with email or digital publishing tools such as SharePoint, Mailchimp, or similar. Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, with exposure to event production and cross-functional project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Box); Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities. What You’ll Get
The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00- $97,185.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
