The Role We are seeking a professional freelance journalist for an on‑site assignment during the Travel & Adventure Show Seattle Travel Show 2026 at the Seattle Convention Centre . This high‑energy, 2‑day contract role focuses on capturing the pulse of the event through multimedia reporting and networking. Key Responsibilities Conduct on‑site audio and video interviews with industry leaders, exhibitors, and keynote speakers. Attend press conferences and seminars to write real‑time news updates and featured articles. Produce high‑quality press releases and editorial content for our digital magazine and news portal. Represent Travel And Tour World by engaging with attendees and exchanging professional contact information to expand our industry reach. Post timely updates and articles during the event to keep our global audience informed. Qualifications Proven background in journalism, news writing, and conducting professional interviews. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (multilingual skills are a plus). Comfortable using digital media tools for broadcasting and basic video/audio recording. Prior experience or interest in the travel, tourism, or MICE industries is highly valued. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet immediate deadlines.
