What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Augusta sales team, you’ll take full ownership of building and managing a book of business. You’ll focus on bringing in new clients while maintaining long‑term relationships with existing accounts. This full‑cycle sales role includes:
Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data‑driven insights and tools
Conduct in‑depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
Represent our full portfolio of solutions, including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
Cross‑sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI
Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of experience in sales (required)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
