Basic Functions Retain and grow relationships with key accounts in the Insurance Agents and Brokers vertical. Recruit key partnered insurance agent and broker accounts. Onboard and train key partnered relationships the Paul Davis Way. Act as the face of Paul Davis at Chambers and other associations while committing to committee participation. Coordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate and probe for win‑win relationships. Make face‑to‑face stops on an eight‑week rotation with agents. Support and assist the Relationship Development Team. Schedule, invite, and facilitate continuing education courses for insurance professionals. Communicate ongoing projects to key accounts. Take on additional responsibilities as desired, based on initiative and performance. Adapt to evolving functions as the role develops. Basic Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree desired, especially in marketing or entrepreneurship. Experience in marketing and customer service. Highly organized with strong prioritization skills. Excellent communication abilities. High aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite. Dependable transportation. Smartphone. Appropriate attire. Fun and outgoing personality. Overall Primary Duties Retain lasting relationships with key accounts to capture new revenue through new and existing relationships with insurance agents and brokers. Work with the Relationship Development Team to ensure a positive client experience. Grow the agent and broker accounts based on prior sales. Set appropriate expectations with insurance agents and brokers. Recruit new key accounts aligned with the Paul Davis way. Build, create, and execute win‑win business relationships. Teach, train, and onboard new and existing accounts. Brand the Paul Davis name through agent associations and board participation. Review, update, and manage RMS and Salesforce software. Create and follow agent and broker sales budgets monthly and yearly. Secondary Duties Maintain a strong field presence while balancing necessary desk work for admin and follow‑up. Participate in Relationship Development events. Create and manage win‑win business relationships. Handle and resolve complaints promptly. Provide feedback to the Relationship Development Team on field observations. Build community relationships by branding the Paul Davis name and brand. Plan and schedule all continuing education courses for insurance agents and brokers. Apply priority management principles to allocate time effectively. Attend all Paul Davis events. Attend bi‑weekly Relationship Development Team meetings. Attend bi‑weekly GS&R. Share office 365 calendar with supervisor. Follow all other company policies and procedures. High Level Job Responsibilities Include Participate in emergency services during “All Hands‑On Deck” scenarios. Engage in ongoing problem solving and continuous improvement of the department and company. Participate in Paul Davis social events, goal setting and review meetings, and other opportunities to engage with the wider team. Hours Full‑time position with occasional evening activities. Hours vary; may require travel within a couple‑hour radius of the home office. Reward Compensation evaluated annually in quarter 1 after a full year’s completion. Promotions and advancement bring greater challenge, learning, and responsibility. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry at least 20 feet. Ability to climb two flights of stairs while carrying 30 pounds. Ability to traverse water, fire, and smoke‑damaged flooring.
