Responsibilities
Oversee service orders and flow of the drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Create a positive customer experience by taking ownership and delivering concierge support for all owner inquiries.
Maintain daily technician time inventory and distribute work efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain customer happiness scores at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as needed.
Oversee warranty claims administration and support training and supervision of the service department.
Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
Reinforce company policies, adhere to company standards, and encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain strong working relationships with factory partners and foster positive employee relations.
Collaborate with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions for the service department.
Requirements
Organized, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage others and work with minimal supervision.
Time‑management skills and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
Professional, well‑groomed appearance.
Consistent record of service and sales success with strong customer satisfaction results.
Team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and willing to learn.
Military experience welcomed but not required.
