Service Desk Technician

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Provide IT support to C?level executives and field crew Manage Active Directory for IAM Utilize ITSM Ticketing Tool for high volume tasks Support Windows environment and Dell hardware Assist with O365 applications Stand up Fresh Works systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
6+ months of IT experience Proficiency in Windows environment Experience with ITSM Ticketing Tools Active Directory for IAM knowledge
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Certifications in IT fields Experience with Apple iPhone support Knowledge of InTune and Entra ID Azure AD 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long?term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit
