EMDR Therapist
Wandering Pine Wellness is seeking an EMDR Therapist to provide evidence‑based eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy for adults, teens, children, families, and couples. This is a W‑2 role for Nevada state‑licensed clinicians and licensed interns, including full benefits. A minimum of 21 billable client hours per week is required for full‑time employees.
Base pay range : $49,000 – $75,000 per year (based on licensure, experience, and hours worked).
Minimum Requirements
A master’s degree in behavioral science such as psychology, social work, counseling psychology, marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Fully licensed or licensed as an intern in the state of Nevada to practice therapy.
A minimum of one year’s experience providing therapy to adults, teens, children, families, or couples in an outpatient setting (student internships and practicums may be considered as experience).
Trained in EMDR with a minimum of six months’ experience providing EMDR therapy.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a private practice or group practice setting.
Experience working with neurodivergent clients and maintaining an LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity‑affirming approach to therapy.
Experience using Simple Practice.

Monthly CEU stipend: $600 per year ($50 per month).
Monthly tech stipend: $300 per year ($25 per month).
Raises at 12, 24, and 36 months of employment.
