Base Pay Range
$80,000.00 / yr – $150,000.00 / yr What We Offer
Paid training to teach our proven sales process, product knowledge, and hands‑on experience before managing appointments on your own. Average first‑year earnings of $80k – $150k+, with top performers earning $300k+. Pre‑qualified appointments with a starting commission of 15%. Double commission opportunities on self‑generated leads. Flexible scheduling within a 60‑mile radius of the Kalamazoo office. Weekly direct deposit every Friday. Access to AI tools for accurate exterior measurements and visual product demonstrations. Clear path for internal advancement and career growth. What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct 1–2 in‑home appointments per day, with the potential to add more as your calendar allows. Educate customers on our product lineup—windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutters protection, bathtubs, and showers—while providing a personalized, 5‑star experience. Utilize AI tools to capture accurate measurements and offer interactive visualizations to help customers understand the installation process. Present customized quotes that fit the customer’s budget and initiate the financial assistance process when needed. Close sales at an average rate of 30% or higher by identifying customer needs and delivering outstanding service. What We’re Looking For
Solid customer service and/or sales experience; prior experience is not required because we provide comprehensive training. Strong work ethic and self‑motivation to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
