Base pay range $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Finance & Strategy Manager to join our growing team. You will partner cross‑functionally to drive financial initiatives and help steer the company toward informed, data‑driven decisions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial modeling and business operations, and who thrives in a fast‑paced, hypergrowth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dynamic financial models for new business opportunities, scenario planning, and strategic decision making
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across all G&A functions
Support the data center team in evaluating pricing, contract terms, and impact on company P&L
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support key initiatives
Support long‑range planning and monthly/quarterly business reviews
Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive presentations with clarity and precision
Drive process improvements to streamline reporting and increase financial transparency
Act as a thought partner to leadership, proactively identifying areas for strategic growth and operational efficiency
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience, ideally across investment banking or consulting, combined with experience at a high‑growth startup
Exceptional financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
Strong business judgment and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management in a clear and concise manner
Able to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑starter with a high level of ownership and a proactive mindset
