Join our team at the iconic Diplomat Beach Resort! Following a property-wide renovation, The Diplomat is preparing to enter its next era as Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.
The Food & Beverage team is elevating its craft to match the sophistication and energy of our refreshed restaurants and reimagined beachfront destination. Palmea Kitchen, our Mediterranean‑inspired breakfast eatery, is seeking a Server Assistant to join our exceptional team.
Shift Pattern Full-Availability 6am‑1pm
Responsibilities
Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, and serving water.
Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report any defects for repair.
Stock, maintain, and clean designated food station(s).
Assist food server(s) with table service, such as serving beverages, breads, and other items.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Previous experience in a high-volume, professional atmosphere.
Detail-oriented approach to work.
Experience working in a time‑sensitive environment.
