Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role as a Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day tasks such as assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work located in California, MD, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
Real Estate License, Sales, and Real Property expertise
Knowledge of the real estate market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Location Hybrid – primarily in California, MD with remote work options.
