What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for renewable attribute programs across Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facilities
Manage registrations, certifications, and compliance activities to maintain program integrity and maximize revenue
Oversee production and sales volume reconciliation; ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition
Prepare and distribute affidavits for renewable attribute generation and support new program registrations
Maintain compliance records and coordinate with third-party offtake partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with RNG or RIN sales contracts
Direct experience managing EPA RFS compliance activities, including facility registration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with coworkers, clients, and external partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Quality Assurance Programs (QAP) and RIN generation
Familiarity with renewable attribute programs such as EPA Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), ISCC, and Canadian Clean Fuel
Strong analytical skills related to budgeting and financial reporting
Proven track record of optimizing revenue through compliance activities
Experience in contract administration for revenue-related matters
