Summary We are seeking an energetic, client‑focused, and detail‑oriented Account Manager Associate. This role allows you to grow your insurance knowledge and career while supporting Account Executives and Account Managers with a variety of tasks in line with HUB’s practices, policies, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare certificates of insurance and certificate holder updates as required
Order and process scheduled loss runs and on‑demand loss run requests
Process direct bill and agency bill endorsements and audits
Provide quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers
Prepare policy binders for delivery to clients
Maintain an accurate suspense system for all items requiring a response
Input and maintain data in the account management system and ancillary systems as required
Provide receptionist support when needed
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
1‑2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred
Superior customer service and problem‑solving skills; ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems
Self‑starter with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability or adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
Education, Licensing or Certification Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Willingness to obtain a relevant insurance license per state/regional statutes
