Job Opening: Bilingual Staffing Specialist – Greer, SC Immediate opening.

Requires professional working proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Overall Purpose Recruits and hires qualified people for positions that will ensure the success of missions. Develop and maintain business relationships with job stores, work centers, unemployment offices and employment resource centers in assigned region/regions. Support and contribute to the company Quality Policies and QMS.

Reports To Staffing Manager / VP of Human Resources

Responsibilities

Conduct recruiting services supporting containment projects and sorting activities.

Research, develop, and maintain good working relationships with recruiting sources.

Communicate openings to the public through job postings, job fairs, social media, job boards, and newspaper ads as necessary.

Market research on average hourly wages in hiring areas.

Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and social media sites.

Ensure a high level of customer service.

Assist operations with all staffing required for mission.

Handle full cycle onboarding of new hires including orientation.

Fill all requests for hourly personnel in a timely manner.

Enter new hire information in the company portals.

Demonstrate commitment to reducing the risk of workplace accidents.

Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.

Assist recruiters in other areas when necessary.

Load new hire paperwork into the company portal, deliver it to Human Resources Dept.

Communicate results of recruiting events and send weekly summaries to appropriate staff.

Follow recruiting processes and procedures to hire new hourly personnel (screening, testing, interviewing, orientating and processing paperwork).

Post jobs/applications in Applicant Pro.

Monitor resume banks and social media sites for qualified candidates.

Update elect-to-work and scheduling information in the company portals.

Hard Skills

Full proficiency in local language.

Proficiency in English.

Proficiency in Spanish.

Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel basics), Outlook.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in HR/Recruiting, preferably in manufacturing/automotive.

Client relationship building and interviewing experience.

Associate’s Degree or post‑secondary coursework completed in a related field, with 1 year of work experience or 2 years of equivalent work experience. Special consideration is given to candidates with recruitment experience in temporary recruitment companies or professional recruitment firms even if total work experience is less than two years.

BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
