HR Business Partner - Bilingual English/Spanish
Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a
Bilingual HR Business Partner
to support their diverse workforce and drive HR excellence. This full‑time, on‑site role combines strategic HR partnership with hands‑on execution across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Manage unemployment claims, prepare hearing documentation, and ensure compliance
Administer FMLA, disability, and leave of absence programs; prepare weekly leave reports
Coordinate benefits open enrollment, resolve employee inquiries, and liaise with providers
Provide payroll backup support, including timecard verification and corrections
Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support full‑cycle recruiting
Implement training programs, maintain training records, and deliver HR sessions
Plan employee recognition programs, company events, and culture‑building initiatives
Update federal/state labor law posters and support HR audits
Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and HR projects
What You Need
3‑5 years
of HR generalist experience in fast‑paced environments
Bilingual in English and Spanish
(required)
Bachelor’s degree
in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
Strong knowledge of
HR compliance ,
FMLA ,
ADA ,
FLSA , and employment law
Experience with
HRIS systems
(ADP, Paylocity, iSolved)
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Manufacturing or production experience
strongly preferred
PHR or SHRM‑CP certification
a plus
